Our modern devices let us be seen on more channels than ever before, but can we really understand one another by only seeing our light? The pace and priorities of our externalized world can leave us feeling disconnected, lonely and burnt out. Too much light, too much noise, too much ego.
The shadow provides space to process grief, disappointment, and regret. Clearing physical and emotional clutter allows nourishment from our deepest resources. It gets murky when we get confused and tangled up in the story. The steadiness and ease of the practice, support of community and self love are healing.
Do the work and love each other a little more along the way, especially when it gets hard. We need love and compassion the most when we feel undeserving and disconnected.
