Wake up to unfamiliar birdsongs, remembering all you have to do today is some yoga while soaking in the beauty of this place, dine on delicious foods, and share the company of funny, kind, and interesting people.
It works.
The yoga classes are longer, weaving in fresh knowledge and variations tailored to you. The extra time you spend practicing shows up throughout the day in just the right ways. You feel calm. You're less distracted. You become aware of muscles you didn't know you had. You sleep better. It's working.
Like a local.
I've been hosting retreats in these specific destinations for a decade because you and your experience are my priority. I keep your costs low, show you sacred spaces and introduce you to the people who make it all so special.
Change.
With a bittersweet heart I'm sharing news about the Yoga Lodge. It's for sale. I'll host retreats at the Lodge in January, March and July of 2019. After July, the Lodge may no longer be available for retreats. Since the Lodge's future is unknown, now is the time visit a place that has supported so many for so long. The Lodge's owners Wendy and Dan have become wonderful friends. I wish them the very best in their transition and grateful for their wonderful partnership over the last decade. Consider booking your 2019 reservation at Whidbey early. These retreats will sell out.
Here, now.
I'll be teaching on the road in Seattle, Sayulita, and Bali for 3 months January-March. Stay tuned for workshops, Yoga Sound Baths, and classes I'll be covering. If you'd like to meet for a private session while I'm in town, get in touch. In the meantime, I'll be teaching + practicing at Yoga Mix, here in Neptune Beach, FL. If you visit the Jacksonville area, come see me!
