Aldermarsh sits on 5 wooded acres in Maxwelton Valley, at the south end of Whidbey Island. Whidbey native, Chef Aria Peterman is an Ayurvedic chef who creates local, seasonal, vegetarian meals
Move your body using the strength and power of Vinyasa Yoga, settle into the slower pace of Restorative Yoga and remodel connective tissue with Yin Yoga and Myofascial Release. Each of these techniques support meditation, rejuvenate the physical body and balance the nervous system. Time for silence, meditation, movement, release and connection

CANCELLATION
Your $300 deposit is a non-refundable administration fee. The remainder of your payment can be refunded for cancellations through November 15, 2024 - after November 15, there are no refunds unless we’re able to fill your space with a new participant. These retreats often sell out and are waitlisted, communicate with me and let’s work together. If I cancel the retreat, your payment is refunded in full
