Using Myofascial Release Balls (provided) release muscular tension while improving blood and lymphatic circulation. Move through a whole body self massage while exploring sensation, breath and anatomy along the way
Jennifer began learning MFR techniques long ago in Bali and continues to study Jill Miller’s Yoga Tune-Up method. The techniques are simple, done independently while fully clothed and accessible to everyone
