Strengthening muscle supports range of motion in joints and density in the bones. Move with greater control, endurance, and boost your metabolism with weights, core techniques and bursts of cardio using familiar yoga postures and breathing. This series is inclusive. It will build a firm foundation and gives those with experience a new challenge. Take one session or the whole series, Yoga Strength Training has the tools to build a stronger practice for everyone.
Space is limited to 15 participants. Be sure to pre-register and save your spot.
