Revive and release with inclusive/all levels Vinyasa + Yin Yoga. Vinyasa Yoga rides the rhythm of breath, transforming movement into conscious meditation. Yin yoga postures are supported with props and held for 2-5 minutes which allows the remodeling of connective tissue and the opening of meridians. Balancing contraction and release aids sleep, supports autonomic functions, and sends calming waves through the nervous system. Digest the richness of movement, dine on organic Ayurvedic foods, sweat it out in the sauna, spend time in the forest and celebrate the song of spring.

Cancellation Policy
Your $200 deposit is a non-refundable administration fee. The remainder of your payment can be refunded in full for cancellations through January 16, 2018. The remainder of your payment will only be refunded after January 16, 2018 if a new participant registers. If Jennifer cancels this retreat for any reason, your payment will be refunded in full.
