October’s extended practice is dedicated to stress relief. Using tools you can access anytime - breath, posture and mantra, learn how to slow down cycles of stress.

You’ll be guided how to breathe consciously, move into supported positions, invited to harmonize with simple mantras and visualizations to calm the mind.

Completely relax during this 2 hour restorative class, release excess tension, fatigue and anxiety.
