Honor the equinox with Yin Yoga and support the paired organs of fall, the lungs and large intestine. Emotionally and physically, these organs are responsible for the release of emotion and metabolic waste.

Autumn returns us to our essence, inspiring us to eliminate what we no longer need and reveals what is most precious in our lives. Jennifer has been teaching yoga for 18 years and would be honored to support your experience and understanding of yoga. This workshop is open to all.​
