Restore your connection to joy and love on the Solstice. Focus on the organs of Summer : The Heart and Small Intestine. These paired organs energetically separate negative from positive and physically divide waste from nourishment. Use specific Vinyasa, Hatha, MFR and Yin postures to methodically open meridians while bringing awareness to our inner and outer relationships
Hatha Yoga is a branch of yoga. The Sanskrit word haṭha means "force" and is a system of physical techniques, Vinyasa Yoga moves these postures using the breath as rhythm
Yin Yoga postures are held for 2-7 minutes, targeting connective tissue and specific meridians
Myofascial Release is a manipulative treatment that attempts to release tension in the fascia due to trauma, posture, or inflammation. Fascia surrounds the muscles, bones, nerves, and organs of the body
Open to all levels, some knowledge of yogic postures is helpful but not required
2 tennis/MFR balls required for self massage - 2 blocks + 1 blanket/large towel will also be helpful
