Aldermarsh Retreat Center sits on 5 wooded acres in Maxwelton Valley at the south end of Whidbey Island. We’ll be nourished by Aria Peterman an Ayurvedic chef who creates our local, seasonal, vegetarian meals
Move your body using the strength and power of Vinyasa Yoga, settle into the slower pace of Restorative Yoga and remodel connective tissue with Yin Yoga and Myofascial Release. Each of these techniques support meditation, rejuvenate the physical body and balance the nervous system. Time for silence, meditation, movement, release and connection

4:30-6:00pm Mayofascial Release - full body rollout, balls provided

LODGING + REGISTRATION
RESERVE | $250 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
ONSITE - $900 includes 12 hours of yoga & meditation, 6 meals, 2 nights lodging, linens, sauna, hot tub and taxes
OFFSITE - $780 Sleep offsite/Airbnb (accommodations not included, please reach out and I can send you options) 12 hours of yoga & meditation, 6 meals, hot tub, sauna and taxes included
$250 deposit, remaining $650 by June 26, 2024. I'll reach out with payment options
* Let me know if you have roommate requests when registering
CANCELLATION
Your $250 deposit is a non-refundable administration fee. The remainder of your payment can be refunded for cancellations through June 26, 2024 - after June 26, there are no refunds unless we’re able to fill your space with a new participant. These retreats often sell out and are waitlisted, communicate with me and let’s work together. If I cancel the retreat, your payment is refunded in full
