SATURDAY You’re greeted with snacks and a cold drink while your bags are taken to your room. A dip into the saltwater pool makes your arrival official. Flower lined trails lead to the open air dining room. A three course dinner and a sunset. Paradise

SUNDAY Air warm on your skin.  You open your eyes and remember where you are.  The yoga challenges and supports you in all the right ways.  Nap and pool and nap and pool. Over dinner there’s lots of laughter and a few sunburns. These people are nice

MONDAY Hot shower, coffee, and you're off to class. You’re finding the rhythm of this place. You’re sore in the best way. Massage? Yes please

TUESDAY Rising and setting with the sun. Watching birds soar. Hearing the tide roll in. Meditation is starting to come with ease. It’s working

WEDNESDAY The path easy under your feet. The lushness of this land calms your mind. Long slow poses feel like a dream. You can’t remember ever feeling this way

THURSDAY You forget about your phone. Emails. The sun tells the time and the stars give you direction. This is how it’s supposed to be. You can feel it

FRIDAY Your last full day of the retreat.  You soak up every moment.  Poolside plans.  These connections are real. This part matters

THIRD ANNUAL HARAMARA RETREAT

Jennifer’s 22 years of experience leading nearly 100 retreats will deepen your knowledge of Vinyasa, Hatha,Yin, MFR, Restorative, Sanskrit, pranayama, anatomy, philosophy and meditation. Morning practices energize, focusing on mobility + strength. Evening sessions ground, releasing physical and emotional stress. Each class is unique, the language is meaningful and intelligent sequencing evolves to a curated playlist. Jennifer has dedicated her life to creating experiences so we can find our own way - together

Haramara sits on 12 pristine acres. A network of trails connect 18 individual casitas, two yoga shalas, beach, spa, open air dining room and terrace at the saltwater infinity pool.  The rooms do not have electricity or wifi, but a hot shower and warm candlelight will illuminate your evenings. Charge devices in the restaurant and pick up a signal at the highest point on the property, our mission is to embrace presence

8:00 - 9:30am Solar Yoga Practices - Hatha + Vinyasa
9:30 - 10:30am Breakfast
10:30 - 4:00pm Lunch + Swim + Massage + Optional Excursions
4:00 - 5:30 Lunar Yoga Practices - Yin, MFR, Restorative
6:00 - 7:00pm Dinner

Let me know if you’re traveling with others when registering. Shared rooms will have assigned roommates when/if necessary. I’ll give everyone as much space as possible. Our retreat will have a total of 20 people in about 10 rooms. All rooms have at least one full bathroom. Each room is a freestanding wood building, placed privately across the 12 acres of the retreat center

TRAVEL

AIRFARE - Book flights in/out of Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) Mid-late afternoon - Land/takeoff PVR 1:00-3:00pm

GROUND TRANSPORT - Pick up/drop off will be coordinated for you. It is a 60 minute ride from PVR.  The cost of each shuttle is split among those who arrive/depart at the same time. Shuttles are $100 from the airport to Haramara + $85 from Haramara to the airport, split among the passengers in each shuttle

CANCELLATION

Your $400 deposit is non-refundable. The remainder of your payment will be refunded for cancellations through October 10, 2023.   The remainder of your payment will be refunded after October 10, 2023 if a new participant registers, filling your spot
